This business is a 1 person business and the only source of income for a family of 4 ; I proudly work up to 18-20 hours/day (yeah, unhealthy but worthy) to provide for my wife and 2 vulnerable children, hence please reconsider your intentions before :

• asking for refunds using non-common-sense reasons,
• return for snobbish reasons (e.g. unobservable marks, package shape, etc),
• taking advantage of the return policies to use the products and return before the return period ends
• demand compensations for reasons that are completely out of my control (like the rare instances when the couriers make mistakes or do not deliver within their aimed time-frame).

I believe that we buy what we need and we need what we buy, therefore the benefits of the product are the main and most important reason for our decision to acquire and keep it.

Due to the growing number of people who have the habit of doing the above-mentioned, scamming or simply trying to get refunded for tiny so-called issues, e.g. package out of shape, imperfect package, signs of handling (items visibly touched or previously assembled for testing or viewing while displayed in a physical market, items tested) and so on, situations that are very rare, I lost considerable amounts of funds in order to satisfy their lack of attention, avoidance to read the specifications and descriptions or their bad intentions, greed and snobism.

I KNOW for a fact that MOST of the people are civilised, common-sense based, great customers, but there are also very many with a huge lack of self-respect, hence no respect for the others.

I apologize for having to mention this, it is pathetic for some of you, but I believe that some people need that extra information in order to think twice before hurting their fellow humans.

PLEASE TAKE THIS INFORMATION in a RATIONAL way. All I am respectfully asking for is COMMON-SENSE and RATIONAL THINKING. Again, I apologize for having to mention this and if it made you think , please consider applying this way of thinking every time , with any seller or business you interact.
