2. ELIGIBILITY

To use this website, you must:

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We offer:

  • Physical goods: stocked and shipped from the UK unless 3P (see Shipping Information)
  • Digital products: downloadable files (including but not limited to eBooks, graphics, software, templates, audio, and PLR/MRR content)

We strive to keep product descriptions and pricing accurate, but we reserve the right to correct errors or omissions at any time.

4. ORDERS & PAYMENT

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
We accept secure payment via PayPal, or other integrated processors.

LASTEVA.COM reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion, particularly if fraud or misuse is suspected.

5. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

By purchasing a digital product, you agree that:

  • The product is delivered shortly upon checkout
  • You waive your right to withdraw from the purchase under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations
  • No refunds will be issued after download or access has been granted (product was digitally delivered )

Some products may come with resale, commercial, or private label rights (e.g., PLR/MRR) — usage terms are specified within each product or license.

You may not:

  • Share, resell, or distribute products beyond your license (this constitutes a crime and it is punishable by law)
  • Misrepresent authorship (unless PLR allows)
  • Upload our products to public download sites or violate copyright law

6. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

Orders are shipped within 1–2 business days from the UK.
Estimated delivery times:

  • UK: 2–4 working days
  • EU(3P): 5–10 working days
  • Rest of World(3P): 7–14 working days

Delivery times are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs, or force majeure events.(Common sense, but worth mentioning )

7. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Physical Products:

You have the right to return physical items within 14 days of receipt, as long as the item is:

  • Unused
  • In original packaging

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is proven defective upon arrival. Please contact support@lasteva.com before sending any returns.

Digital Products:

All digital sales are final. No refunds will be provided once the file is accessed or downloaded, due to the irreversible nature of digital delivery.

8. ACCOUNT TERMINATION & SITE USAGE

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse service to anyone
  • Block or delete customer accounts involved in fraud, harassment, or policy violations

You agree not to:

  • Interfere with the site’s functionality
  • Attempt to access or alter server or code structures
  • Upload malware or engage in abusive behavior

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on LASTEVA.COM — including logos, branding, product descriptions, and site design — is the intellectual property of LASTEVA.COM or its licensed partners. Unauthorized copying or reproduction is prohibited.

Where digital products include third-party content (e.g., PLR, MRR), proper licensing is documented within the product package. It is your responsibility to use these materials lawfully and in accordance with included rights.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, LASTEVA.COM shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of data, profits, or business opportunity
  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Interruptions or errors caused by external platforms (payment processors, hosting, delivery)

All products are sold “as-is” with no guarantees beyond those required by law.

11. PRIVACY & DATA

Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
We never sell or share your information. All payment data is processed securely by third-party gateways and never stored on our servers.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
